How do I return something?
We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items. Since most of the items are fragile, they cannot be returned nor be exchanged. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, we make sure that they will be taken cared of by our customer support so please contact us and we will work on reshipping your item/s.
Different issues may occur during the shipping process. We make sure that all the items shipped are inspected so if you received a damaged item, please be sure to send us photo/s of the damaged/defective item including the packaging of the box and its shipping label within 48 hours upon receipt of the item and we will make sure to get this resolved for you the soonest time.
We are unable to accept the claim after 7 days from the date of the delivery. The same applies to any issue or missing items.
